Roadtrip to Connecticut

We have been having so much fun with our two sweet kids. We decided it was worth driving eight hours to Connecticut to visit my brother and his family so we could show them off. We had a blast! With two adults and four older kids who are all baby grabbers, our kids were very spoiled! Trevor, Jared, and Karinn took Wendy on the trampoline. She loved it!

Wendy had lots of wrestle time with Uncle Adam.
Karinn was always ready to help and play with the kids. She often held Kyle because she was there waiting when everyone was busy. When she wasn't holding Kyle, she was quick to follow Wendy around as Wendy explored the Sharps' house.
We brought Wendy's family reunion dress that all of the younger girls wore last summer at the beach. Karinn was quick to change her dress so she could match Wendy at church. What adorable girls!
Jared LOVED baby Kyle! Once I came downstairs and Karinn was holding Kyle, the kids were watching tv, and Jared was sitting next to Karinn holding Kyle's hand. It was adorable!
It was so fun to see Trevor as a teenager! His voice is low and he is feisty, but he is fabulous with both of our kids. He would take Wendy for adventure walks outside or sing songs to Kyle.
More wrestle time with Uncle Adam. I guess she's getting him back for flinging her around.
We were so grateful to get to spend allot of time with my amazing Sister-in-law Sarena. She spent lots of cuddle time with our sweet baby boy, but also had some nice piano duets and play time with Wendy.
Makenzie was awesome with both of our kids as usual. She is such a natural with babies and they just love her! She is growing into a beautiful, bright teenager.
Uncle Adam figured out how to get kisses out of Wendy. I guess all it takes is a little caramel popcorn! She sure knows how to work her audience.
We sure love these kids!
Of course Adam competed with the rest of them for cuddle time with Kyle. We went to a party at their church and everyone we talked to commented about how Adam was always with the babies at church. Sounds just like my dad!
Thank you for a fabulous trip Sharp family!!
