Chris was sent to Dublin for a couple weeks for work. So, I decided to join him for the weekend. We had a blast! We enjoyed local eating and entertainment with Chris' coworkers who are friends of mine from my last job. We took the Wicklow Tour, which took us on a ride through the hills. The scenery was beautiful. We were able to see where they filmed some of Braveheart. We also saw where they filmed Reign of Fire. So cool! The country was gorgeous and our tour guide was the classic, lovable Irish man. We spent a few hours at the site of a ruined Celtic Monestary as well. We also were able to walk around quite a bit during the weekend to see several famous Dublin attractions. The city was awesome and we loved every minute!
