We have all been quite excited for Maxwell's arrival. I was thrilled that my kids adore him now that he is out! And what's not to love from this handsome little guy?
Wendy wanted to hold Maxwell the second she arrived at the hospital to see us. She loves and adores him. Kyle wants to hug and kiss Maxwell every chance he gets (much scarier than Wendy holding him!).

After a full day in the hospital, it was heaven to have my kids with me!
My sister Emily was able to come visit on her way to the airport to pack up her stuff in Utah and move to Georgia.
Grandpa got some cuddle time with baby Maxwell. Wendy and Kyle were never far from the baby!
Wendy showed Grandma how gentle she could be with baby Maxwell. My mom is super-grandma! It was so nice to know my kids were in her expert care while I was in the hospital.
My sister Angie drove all the way up from Macon to hang out with me and cuddle my sweet baby boy!
And finally, Chris arrived! His flight landed at 10 pm, so my dad picked him up at the airport, dropped him at our apartment, and then my mom had to go help my sister with Emily's kids in Peachtree City. So, Chris was immediately on kid duty. He brought the kids to the hospital to visit us and ended up staying long enough to take us home. It is heaven to have him here with us! Kyle was sad that he didn't get to hold the baby first!
Now everyone is happy!
We are so thrilled to have Maxwell join our family and to be together as a family!
