Out and About

Most days in Thailand this season get up to the high 90s plus humidity.  So, we try to go on an adventure outside every morning before it gets super hot.  It's a little strange going to the pool at 9am when it's 85 degrees.  But, it makes naptime great!  Wendy loves to ride on the teeter totter.  Kyle thinks it's okay for a little bit, then he's ready to explore.  So, it was perfect that Wendy got to ride with Elsie and Leah on their teeter totter.

 Wendy has finally decided that swings are fun again.  And Kyle is trying to find anything he's not supposed to put in his mouth.

 Daddy took the kids in the bike trailer one day.  (I painted the cowboy on his shirt with fabric paint.  So much fun!)  What a cute little guy!

 Chris said most of the time he heard Wendy saying "I know, buddy" which is usually what I say when Kyle is crying impatiently for something out of my control.  So adorable!  Our neighborhood would be the perfect place to go for bike rides if there weren't so many loose stones and speed bumps!  But, we're grateful to have somewhere to ride since it would be impossible in the city!

 Kyle got up there himself and climbed up the side bars to hold on to the top.  Then he goes crazy jumping.  Still refuses to walk....

 But he can sure climb!!  He can climb to the top of our slide on the front.  He climbs on our coffee tables constantly and can't be outside without appearing on this table.  He climbs up the steps in front of the sink in the bathroom anytime we forget to shut the door all the way.  But, goes limp when we help him walk.  I don't know where his stubbornness comes from!?!

 Kyle and Wendy both prefer to play at the big kid playground at the school.  It has a huge slide that Wendy loves to go down.  Kyle climbs up ramps and stairs to get to this tunnel he loves.

We sure our grateful for our amazing kids and the time we get to spend with them!
