Let it Snow!

Last week, England got more snow than it had in 20 years.....on the first of four snow days! We had a blast playing in the snow. The first day of snow, we grabbed my little church buddy Cael and built a snowman. We had to pack the snow just right for it to be able to roll. Cael was really into the process.What a good helper!

We were good with three levels, but Cael found a chunk of snow that he insisted we make into a head. We went searching for sticks and leaves to make up the of the snowman.

We were pretty proud of our masterpiece.

As the snow days went on, we got more creative. Here was the start of our igloo. Unfortunately we couldn't get the top to stay on, so this was the best we got. But, at least we have a fort for protection!
